AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES

	Appointments are available seven days a week between 9am - 9pm and by special arrangement at other times
	The booking desk is open from 10am to 6pm every day

	We cover London’s Zones - W1, W2, W6, W8, W9, W10, W11, W12, W14, SW1, SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8, SW10, SW11, SW13, SW14, SW15, NW1, NW2, NW3, NW6, NW8, NW10, NW11, N1, N7, WC1, WC2

PRICES AND POLICIES

	There is a minimum call out fee of £ 65.
	Prices quoted are for execution of service within the zones mentioned above. Beyond this radius a surcharge will be added based on distance and time.
	In case the therapist is kept waiting outside for more than 15 minutes into the scheduled appointment time without prior notification we will consider that as a cancellation and the full appointment charge will then apply.
	If the therapist is ready to start the treatment and is waiting but you are late, you will receive only the remaining time of your appoitment. An extra charge will apply if you wish to add on time in order to have the full treatment but that will be a subject of the therapist’s availability.
	Please note that prices and services are subject to change without prior notification.

PAYMENT

	Services are payable by all major credit and debit cards except American Express.
	At the time of booking we do require credit card details to guarantee your reservation.
	Leaving gratuities for job well done is always appreciated but never expected. Unfortunately we are not able to add any gratuities to your card charges.

CANCELLATIONS

	We apply a strict cancellation policy. The full cost of your treatment will be charged to the card holding the booking if cancellations are made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
	For appointments booked within 24 hours, the notice is 4 hours in advance.

YOUR TREATMENT

	Please call in advance to reserve your preferred appointment time and to discuss any special needs or questions you may have.
	In order to set-up therapist will arrive about 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. Depending on the particular requirements of your treatment please ensure that the therapist has access to good lighting, hot water, power supply, and sufficient space for a therapy couch.
	Before your first treatment you will be asked for a brief medical history as certain health conditions might be contra-indications to some treatments.
	We require parental permission for any client under the age of 16.
	In the interest of both client and therapist safety we reserve the right to refuse a treatment if we deem it inappropriate.

	Our therapists use only leading brands in the industry including Yonka, Environ, Dermalogica, Jessica, OPI, Essie, Jane Iredale Make Up, St. Tropez, Celebrity Beauty Secrets and others. It is the quality and the effectiveness of the products that is the criteria we apply to choose the brands.
